Our cooperation factory are professional manufacture of all kinds of latex products and PVC printing products,such as latex realistic masks, halloween masks, Iphone covers, latex costumes and breast, silicone gift, PVC printing masks and decorations.

2. How many years have you been in producing?

We have 10 years of production experience.

3.Are the products safe for people ?

Yes,all materials are safe for kids and adults,some are safe for food. You could test it yourself or by the third party.

4. Are your masks full head or half face ?

All latex masks can be produced as full head mask or half face mask, can also be used in materials completely latex or PVC , with or without hair to meet customer’s demand.

5. How can I know your quality?

You could order some samples for testing quality before mass orders. Please don’t worry about the quality, We used to producing for Wal-Mart ,so we can ensure good quality.

6. How can we place a sample order ?

There are three ways for you to order samples, you could submit order directly from our online shop in www.lmjmask.com ,  or order some models in our amazon shop : LMJMASK.  secondly, you could also buy sample from our agent in your country. we have some agent in different countries. If samples required your own design, we can arrange produce especially for you.

7. Do you have production ability for large quantity ?

Yes of course, we have 4 producing lines,and can produce very large quantity you demand.

8. Do you accept OEM orders ?

Yes, we accept OEM orders, most customers cooperate with us in OEM orders.

9. Is it available to make according to our picture or design ?

Yes, we can produce the models according to your design, picture or same as your samples.

10. Is it available to print our brand on the products ?

It’s available to print your brand or logo on products , we’ll arrange producing as you required.

11. What is your production process ?

For your initial order, we’ll make a sculpture according to your design,then check with you if anything need correct, after you confirmed ok ,we’ll make sample for you testing quality, then making large orders according to your confirmed sample.

12. Do you have a MOQ required ?

Yes,  usually MOQ200pcs per model for latex mask, and 8000pcs per model for PVC printing products. Also according to your design and detail requirement, we can talk more based on actual situation.

13. What about the lead time?

For new orders,about 20 working days including produce sculpture.

For mass quantity re-orders,about 10-15 working days, also according to your models and detail requirements.

14. What payment term can you accept ?

Make payment by T/T, Paypal and Western union are accepted.

15. What delivery terms can you accept ?

We can accept EXW ( ex-work),FOB,and CFR. According to customer’s requirements.

16. How can I shipping our goods?

You could arrange shipping it yourself,or we arrange shipping for you by air or by sea, we can discuss.
